They won't turn green again, so you'll have to decide if it was because you put it straight into full sun all day without any protection against the pot (so roots don't cook), or because you're watering too often to begin with, or because your soil mix isn't draining fast enough.

Thank you for the help I think it was that I put it into the sun to quick beacouse it was used to a low level of sun light then I stuck it in the flower bed outside where it catches a couple of hours of sun in the afternoon, then it sits in shade from the house or the big tree. I think it will do fine. Oh I also water it about every 3 days or when it feels really ligt. I hope it bounce back.

Can I suggest that you check the soil for dryness with a chopstick or even your finger short term because going by weight alone may be deceiving as the soil itself may not be the best mix and if it's heavy on peat can feel light while it's actually soggy with water. Every 3 days MAY be ok for a small pot in Texas, but you can't assume that, and junipers really like to be more dry than wet between waterings, with lots of grit in the soil.

Connifers don't green up after they go brown, the individual needles/scales that are brown are dead, and you cannot bring them back to life, You can however pinch back and then let new growth replace them.
