Sunflowers

My daughter planted a handful of sunflower seeds in a container. They've germinated like some crazy toxic plant, but I know they can't live in the pot. Since they've really not sent out any main roots, can I just replant them into the places that I am wanting them?

give them a week to get a bit of roots ...

and do it on a rainy or cloudy day ... and water them well ...

My daughter and I planted the sunflowers and they wilted at first. I figured that we had lost them. I checked today and they have perked up and are growing well. We planted them far enough from the house to keep all of the bumblebees they attract, at bay.
