accent annuals for pots

does anyone know where to get seeds for the plants that we use as accents? like ivy. i dont really know what they are all called but i grow from seed and always have to buy the accent plants for the pots and window boxes. I would like to buy the seeds and grow them myself but I never see any.

Most of those plants are best grown from cuttings...like the dracena and the vinca. Save them from year to year. yYou will have to keep them inside though.
