Bareroot Repot Blueberries

I just purchased a slew of Southern Highbush BB's, where I'll keep them in containers, not in-ground. I plan on using 3 different mixtures, some turface+bark, standard peat+bark+azalea mix, and some same as above + ~15% coir.

My question to anyone who knows or has bare re-potted BB's: can I bareroot them and put them into the new mix? Or do I need to wedge remove 33% rootball and replace with fresh soil, each year at this time?

The 1yr's are still dormant but some with fresh leaves growing, the 3yr olds are fresh from the nursery so they are bushy and some have BB's growing - I have no idea when, or if, they were ever dormant.

I have pics if needed.

Thanks
