Bugs and help

I was looking at my fukin tea tree today and I noticed that I have a bunch of little black bugs running around my tree and they also leave spider webs all over my tree. I don't think they are hurting my tree yet beacouse all of the leaves are still green. My question is what kind of bugs are on it and how do I get rid of them.

No idea what the bugs are - put the pot into a sink of water (immerse it over the top) and wait 10 mins... no more bugs. The webs are another story, and you have to deal with them. Use a kitchen sink water spray on all the foliage, and after it's dry, use Safer's Insecticidal Soap Spray according to the label, front and back. Do it again in 5-6 days, and again a week later. And see about raising humidity where the plant is kept, and use the water spray (not a little mister thing) at least weekly.
