Probably still too cool for good bloom production, but hard to tell from up here in MI. As long as leaf color is deep green, ease up on the N applications. Use something like a 10-50-10 blend unless you see leaves turning a lighter green - then go back to a balanced blend of soluble 20-20-20 or similar. BTW, when temps are cool and if you're mixing fertilizer concentrations according to directions, once per week is too often.

Too much fertilizer!....You will have lots of green plants!
Use a good potting mix and lay off the fertilizer untill about mid summer.
