“Terry Sims as well as all her subcontractors were fabulous to work with. We worked with Terry from afar as we live in Cali-fornia at this time and she was working on a home we pur-chased in Idaho that needed a huge backyard landscape. She was always very responsive to email and phone calls and sending us the plans. The plan she came up with was so over the top fantastic. She listened to all our input regarding plants we loved, budget, and long term goals for the yard. She also did not hesitate to let us know what plants we should stay away from and offered ideas of substitution plants that would be a better choice. Her final plan to give us the privacy we were looking for, without our fence looking like a fortress of trees, was so beyond anything we could have asked for. It was like nothing we had seen when driving through the area looking for ideas. She created a park like setting throughout our en-tire yard. cost us to re-landscape. Terry not only gave us the yard of our dreams but also kept in mind that we were cost conscious and that we were so far away. When we were looking at cutting costs she really edu-cated us on what we could do during a second phase, how we could use a different material, and what would be foolish to cut out. On her own she would send us updates via email and video so we could view how the yard was changing. When we were able to finally see the yard completed in May, after working with her since February, we were so pleased with the detail she put into the whole yard. She completed it on time just as we arrived from Califor-nia for a visit. Even though the project has been completed Terry has continued to answer our emails, visit the yard to check up on open issues, and support any concerns we have had since our last visit in October. I look forward to working with Terry and her crew again when I move into the home and complete the front yard transition.

“I had a fairly sizable project that redid all of the exterior of my property.
Where I was starting from:
The previous owners of the property put in a poorly implemented sprinkler system, didn't maintain it, and didn't add any top soil to the back yard before planting cheap grass. This lead to systemic issues with weeds, being unable to put in plants, shrubs, or even maintain a vast majority of the lawn. In addition, the front walkway from the driveway was cracked, narrow, and uneven.
About the project:
Completely remove all of the exterior lawn (front, sides, back), weeds, and debris. Widen the driveway the width of the foundation, and demo and replace the front walkway with a wider curved walkway. Add new sprinkler system including a drip line to all shrub and flower bed areas, and add top soil and grading with, lawn (sod), curbing, weed barrier, 3 trees, and 2 decorative retaining walls.

Their knowledge spanned a considerable collection of actual past work experiences which give them real world examples to draw from when proposing ideas. The team members were polite, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even priced matched a competitor on some of the work. As for the results, the images speak for themselves.”

“After meeting with a few different contractors to put in a couple of sprinkler systems for me, I decided to go with Aldape. They were a little more expensive then a couple of the bids I got, but not the most expensive. The owner Mike, who came to do the bids was definitely the most knowledgeable out of all the Contractors I spoke to. He explained to me about sun exposure, and knew about the different watering needs of my plants, lawn etc. They completed the jobs in a timely fashion and took care to leave my yard better then when started. Needless to say, I was impressed with the quality of their work and their overall professionalism. I am planning on having them back this summer to do a paver patio for me. And I would definitely recommend them to others.”

Carlos came to our new home with a blank slate in the front and back yards, and took our limited ideas and expanded them into plans that would work with our "vision".
