I'm guessing you are referring to Crassula ovata Gollum.

Are you making a statement or wanting help? You don't give any information to help with.

Keeping the soil wet on a succulent will cause leaves to fall, limbs to fall, and trunks to fall.

randy

I thougt that be it? But one site says dry soil, and other says moist soil. Take not all Jades are same soil types?

The plant should be in well drained soil, & placed in full sun. You should post a picture, but it sounds like the plant is dying. If you cut off a segment of the branch & there is rot inside, then there may be damage to the inner core.
Crassula ovata varieties do well in well drained soil & full sun. The variegated C. Ovata as well as some varieties of P. Afra may need some protection from intense sun, but I doubt that you have that in your area.
