rabbits just love them

Rabbits are the worst thing this year for me. I have given up on the Gazanias. Just last night, rabbits decided to "play" in three different beds that were just full of beautiful petunias, the only three varieties that they had not touched so far this year. It was terrible destruction, and I admit that I even cried this morning. Nothing works long term to repel the @#$%& useless things. Very heartbreaking. Glad I took pictures yesterday, because there would be nothing worth looking at today. Okay, I am still crying........

Yep, it's bunnies. They munched on mine for awhile, but I think the local cat population put a stop to that. The gazanias have been looking real good lately.

Throw some blood meal on them. It stopped the rabbits in my yard. Stopped the deer too. If the growing center of the gazanias weren't munched to the ground, they'll grow back. Fasten some bird netting over it.
