Hi, I hope you can help. I had the most wonderful garden volunteer this spring, but now it's in decline. I was told that it is a rocket larkspur and now section by section the plant is browning. The brownest sections have fat seed heads. Must the seeds be completely mature before I remove them? From the color of them I'm guessing they need a little more time. Thanks, and happy gardening!
