Will cleome seedlings be same colour?

19 years ago

Last year, I bought a flat of purple cleomes. They were great. Lots of volunteer seedlings this year. I have thinned them out so each plant is growing nicely.

But I'm curious: will the seedlings produce purple flowers like the parents OR will they be "all sorts"?
