Hmmm...could you take a picture of the bulbs? Maybe dig out a couple of them and get a picture? Lily Turf doesn't grow from bulbs. I suspect they might be spring blooming bulbs that have gone dormant and lost all of their foliage. If they are at ground level, chances are they are so thick that they have not bloomed recently, and won't bloom for you until they are dug, divided and replanted.

There are some in that back that are growing fine.
Could you get a picture of that as well? Are you sure it is growing from bulbs?
