I am now beginning to think that indeed there was more than one plant growing in the same location fot me to obtain seeds of 3 different Poppies.

As I stated before this Poppy came from a plant on waste ground.I watched it until the seed pods formed and then went and retrieved the seeds. As far as I was concerned at that time there was only one poppy,but there is no other explanation for the different varieties. At least now I convinced that they are all Annuals,thanks everyone for helping me out.
