I will guess you are talking about a fibrous rooted begonia, not a tuberous begonia. In our climate they are grown for several years in the garden, and it is possible to keep it inside through your winter. You will need to provide a location with enough light and good air circulation. They do OK here as long as they don't freeze. Al
