Deer have never eaten my hyacinths. With my tulips, as long as I remember to spray them with a deer repellent, they are fine too. Peonies are never eaten either. But you can never have enough daffodils! I know, the colors are limited, but there are so many variations - doubles, singles, whites, large trumpet, small trumpet, orange cup, pink cup....and they increase each year, unlike tulips which generally die out after a year or two, depending on variety. Every year I plant a few more daffodils, I have hundreds of them but even so, nothing cheers me up after a long, cold winter like my daffodils.

I am zone 6 I was looking online for who sells these bulbs and I don't see for zone 6.

Deer never bother my Daffodils. Cultivated Hyacinths may have been derived from smaller, pretty little flowers. The Spanish ones are called Scilla hispanica, if my memory serves me, are spreading by seed on my property, unmolested by the very common deer and rabbits.
The proper Scientific names of many plants have been changed in my lifetime.
