I have Liliums by the thousands, hence my name. But I can't remember the name of this one and lost the tag on it. Take a guess what it might be please. Grows to about 24" tall. Foliage is a draker green than Stargazer. Stalk is a grayish/green color. Leaves are wider than Stargazer and 4" long with slightly rounded tip and set out from the stalk on a 1/2" stem. By the blooms it is clearly an ORIEMPET or a large Trumpet. Flowers on outside start snow white at the base fading to a light yellow. Inside they are ivory with a darker yellow tint fading to a lemon yellow brush but petals are most white. Extremely more scented than Stargazer. The scent will just knock you out. Blooms are trumpet shaped but way wider than an easter lily and the like. 8" long by 8" wide. End of petals curve ever so slighly back. I got 2 at Lowes 2 years ago and MUST have more. I can't find a picture on the web anywhere. My discription may not be exact but close. Its also the first to grow and last to have its leaves turn brown. I really MUST have more. A real beauty. Blooms mid July here in 4b.
