I order bulbs from Bluff View Nurseries, who carry a lot of hard to find Native Bulbs and are pretty cheap. The catch is, all the reviews say their shipping policies are very erratic. They don't always wait until Fall to ship. The web site says that they ship in 5-7 days but some reviewers complained it took a month to get their order.

I'm in Zone 6 and want to plant when I visit my parents on September 21st, October 26, or Thanksgiving. When should I place my order?
