Tulipa viridiflora is listed as late flowering so it's quite possible they may bloom at the same time. The soft color of the tulip should blend with just about any color.

I recently learned that Dicentra spectabilis has been changed to Lamprocapnos spectabilis. I hope I can remember it.

I just found it by accident when I searched for Dicentra. It's tough to see all these name changes.

I have grown both Spring Green (white with green) and Greenland (pink with green) tulips and found that Greenland was much longer lasting and more vigorous than Spring Green. Can't say if either of them will bloom with the bleeding heart or not. I was actually somewhat disappointed with my Spring Green tulips.
