I sowed 21 flats of pansies last week and they are germinating! Hooray! I have a question, though. I used four inch pots and sowed two seeds per pot, since I always plant two plants to a hole anyway. Alot of my pots have just one seed up so far, none are far enough along to show the first two leaves yet, just the stem. How long should I wait for seed number two to germinate before seed #1 expires in the dark? I feel confident I could wait a day or two, but beyond that?....Experience, anyone?
