I had planted zinna (California Giant) seeds and a lot of them did not make it. It's been a rough spring and summer between the cooler rainy weather and the slugs, and now japanese beetles. I have about 5 plants (with very chewed up leaves) that somehow are still going and setting buds. My question is, once they start flowering how do I get them to keep producing flowers? I don't have much to work with!
