I have a flower growing in my garden, it is four foot tall and wide and has fern like foliage at the bottom. This plant has many stems that grow very long with an outward habit,there is no foliage on these stems. The stems have an airy habit. The flowers look some what like a double cosmos and they are yellow and orange. Its flowers are about 1 inch wide. Can you help me with a name?
