Thinking about an exchange idea

I buy from Geoseed. They will email you their 2010-2011 seed list.

They sell to commerical growers but we can buy from them also. Their prices and service are great.

The quantity of seeds you have to get is like buying at Sam's.

If I could find a couple of people to work with,

I would buy about $20 worth of annual seeds that should do well in heat. You buy $20 worth then we all split the seeds.

You will not have a choice on what the others send you, but it's all about the surprise. We would exchange a prefered order list so we don't repeat.

For example I might order 4 different types of Cosmos sulphureus because I know they work. Plus I might get Petunia violacea.

These seeds would be NEW, NEW, NEW commerical seeds not home harvested. I might go so far as saying that the prefered seeds should be their best sellers or new 2011 add on so we know that they are super fresh.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Bob

PS Think I'll post this under "seed exchange" also.
