Proven Winner owns all rights to 'Balboa' gomphrena. The next time you see that label, it will likely have the patent number on it, instead of PPAF (if it doesn't already). Also, sometimes these hybrids produce very few seeds, if any at all. If they do produce seeds, the resultant offspring are not likely to be very exciting. They are often reproduced vegetatively.

Once you bring the plants home, you can try to save the seed and see what happens, but it's not legal to take cuttings or divide a patented plant.
