WANTED: Chocolate Mint Runners

I have and will start shipping Chocolate Mint Runners for trade. My question is this: After I wrap them in a wet paper towel, a baggie and newspaper, will I be able to use the Priority Mail Express Padded Flat Rate Envelopes to send them in? Also, about how much do you think it will cost to send them. Any suggestions welcome; I have more than these to ship bare-root.

I did find some tubes, but they are 25 inches long. Any suggestions? Some of the runners are pretty long.

I don't need any mint, but I would recommend the small flat rate boxes, or if the person you are trading with agrees, they would be fine in a padded envelope. If needed, you can easily trim them back a bit. Mint isn't at all picky, they root so very easily.

A padded envelope under 13 oz can go first class. Usually just as quick and cheaper than priority.
