Entirely up to you. Meyers have a reputation for having energy to spare and self aborting fruits they can't support.

If your goal is to get some lemons, let it set fruit. If your goal is to increase it's size as quickly as possible then I really don't know how much growth is sacrificed by letting it fruit, but the safest option is probably removing fruits. May not be necessary with Meyers, but won't hurt.

There is a considerable amount of energy that goes into producing fruit, and it always involves a sacrifice of the potential increase of woody mass.

I often remove the fruits/flowers of blooming bonsai material to hasten its development, & it does make quite the difference. It's normal practice to remove all but a few fruits on fruiting bonsai and to only allow most species to fruit in alternate years to insure that vitality/energy levels remain high. While this may not be as large a factor with material as genetically as vigorous as the Meyer, fruiting still does limit mass increase.

I'm interested to see what my Dwarf Lime tree does this year. I just got it about a month ago and it was about 8-9 inches tall. It has grown like mad and it now about a foot and a half tall.
