My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

looking for stemless primrose

HI-

does anyone out there have the stemless primrose (oenothera triloba)? My mom gave me this sweet little plant before she passed away.... We had to move south in the dead of winter & I couldn't take it with me...... I would appreciate it if I could trade for postage or a plant for it, or any suggestions on where to buy it!'Thanks!
