My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      What other purposes did they want this laundry room to serve? I can't quite pick out what the items are on the far counter. Just curious.

      This laundry room doubles as a craft room. It was created to have a large place for folding as well as a large space for craft or art projects. There is also a television on the left wall and double doors entering the room which can be closed off to hide any messes from projects in process. In other words it could be considered a 'Mommy Hideaway'!

      I'm loving this idea.... we were planning a combo guest room /craft room, but this is great! We are designing our house now and I would love to know the room dimensions, so I can plan accordingly. Thanks for the idea!
