My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bargain Spring bulbs

SAMS club has 12 Stargazer + 8 Yello Dream 14/16 cm bulbs for just over $13. They also have Begonias, Dahlias, Peony, Anemones, Caladiums, Hostas, Elephant ears, Gladiolus, etc. I think they are such a bargain compared to any online store. They are even cheaper then Van Engelen which is considered the cheapest.
