My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I Got Plants for Free...

And it was easy! I help out with the church garden club. Last summer, the powers that be decided to be rid of all the roses. I brought them home. Five of six survived, and thrive here. Last week, there were six potted hydrangeas that had been used to decorate at Easter. Well, they're planted along a fence line now. Today, it was two more hydrangeas, and ten azaleas. All destined for the dumpster when their beauty wasn't needed any more. Sad that a church would throw out so much, but great for me! I can't wait to see what else will be thrown out...and wonder if I'd ought to approach all the churches to see if they're tossing good plants...
