    Yes, but it's a messy, labor-intensive job. The floor grinder would grind away all remaining mortar or glue and then they could stain the concrete and then the concrete is polished. It could be $10-$15 per square foot depending on the layout and complexity, etc -- lots of work, but beautiful...
