I'm not sure if this question should go here or under one of the seed forums, but anyhow...

I have a bunch of seed packets ranging from 3-7 years old. I wanted to do a viability test on them, see which were still good, what germination rates, etc, so I wrapped up 10 of each in wet paper towels, and stuck them in sandwich baggies near my radiator. So I should have a clue in about a week I think. Here's the question: Can I plant those that have sprouted? If so, in any particular way? It seems wasteful to toss them. Or maybe I just have to toss them all into a sandwich? :) (They're all herb or vegetable seeds) Anyone have a clue?
