'Ford amend' pawpaw

Does anyone know of a source for 'Ford amend' pawpaw? Either a plant or scion wood, Raintree was offering this one several years back but no longer and I am unable to locate any other source. This variety was supposedly selected in 1950 somewhere in the northwest US.
