I have most of the basics. Now I'm looking for some of the more unusual culinary herbs:

Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi)
Alexanders (Smyrnium olusatrum)
Asafoetida (Ferula assa-foetida)
Caraway thyme (Thymus herba- barona)
Cardamom (Eletteria cardamomum)
Cilician Parsley (Petroselinum crispum)
Conehead thyme (Coriothymus capitatus)
Cubeb (Piper cubeba)
Golpar (Heracleum persicum)
Greek sage (Salvia fruticosa)
Hops (Humulus lupulus)
Jimbu (Allium hypsistum and Allium przewalskianum)
Korarima (Aframomum corrorima)
Pink savory (Satureja thymbra)
Piper sarmentosum
Star Anise (Illicium verum)
Vietnamese Balm (Elsholtzia ciliata)

If anyone has any of these and is willing to trade, please let me know. I'd love, love, love to get my hands on any of these.
