...National Chicken Month! Of course, it's been proclaimed that by the meat industry, but there is a nice article here suggesting that we all turn it around to a more produtive one for the chickens.

's funny. Just yesterday, I was driving in NYC. That ignominious Bush man was in town, for a UN meeting, being driven from swanky hotel, back and forth to the UN, causing amazing, city wide grid lock, with his pretentious motorcades, disrupting us locals, just trying to get to and from work. Mean while, I was stuck in traffic, behind a delivery truck. It's signage read 'Menella Family Purveyor of Fine Chicken', 'est 1903 by Salvatore Menella'. I humourously wonder if they called him 'Sal Manella, in chicken' :)

"Sal Manella"...........cute!!

As for your Bush man comments.........I used to feel the same way when that Clinton man used to bring his entourage to Little Rock.

*LOL @ Sal Manella*...

Yeah, we had somebody big in town the other day, too...you can always tell by the low-flying military helicopters that are just bristling with weapons...noisy things! Not exactly low profile, either.
