You can draw . . . Passionflowers are not the easiest subject, either. Try sketching with colored pencil.

Hey,If They can hang orange sheets all over and call it Art who knows just what is Art? You are an artist and did a very good job with a pencil and some paper.Some things look great in blk and white.

thanks! maybe I should paint my phone pink, hang it outside and call it modern art! I have no colored pencils (I just moved) quite yet. I will try again to pull off a painting. Maybe with better results!

Lovely drawings. Try watercolor pencils, instead of just plain colored pencils. They allow you to sketch and then by adding water with a fine brush you are also painting. They are fun to play with.

Hope you do lots more of these drawings Dc. You have a good eye for detail. The more you learn about plant parts, too, the more fascinating plants become and the better your drawings. You seem to know passion flowers very well!

I must get my scanner fixed sometime soon so I can add more pics! So far I have branched from passiflora a bit, I have tried Clematis 'Bill MacKenzie'(my personal fav of my drwings) ipomoea pes-caprae, holboellia coriacea, dracunculus vulgaris and viola 'black ice'
