My sugar snap peas were just starting to produce the past few days, still have flowers, but a hail storm bent over half of my pea crop :(

My daughter was across town (4 miles maybe) at this time and said they got a few sprinkles! We got at least an inch (if not more!) of HEAVY downpours and hail! I'm so sad for my peas! My daughter and I normally eat them right out of the garden! Not until Fall I guess!

I'm "guessing" them bending/breaking means we won't get anything from them. I don't want to touch them while wet, but I think even waiting until tomorrow they will be done/dead :( Our favorite crop too!
