Six years ago I started creating a garden at my expense for my community to enjoy. The island was created years ago when walking paths were installed along with access paths. It was unsightly and located 40 ft from my front door.

It has the wonder combination of morning sun and afternoon shade that is perfect for growing hosta, astilbe, and day lilies. It is still a work in progress.
