how about Eucalyptus? My favorite decongestant is Mullein tea... but not put in my nose....

For nasal decongestion I'd go with a steam inhalation, a few drops of eucalyptus oil (menthol and thyme oil can be added also)to a litre of boiling water in a ceramic bowl, towel covering head and bowl, 1 or 2 minutes under that and your nose should be clear!

Pharmacies also sell hardened plastic steaming units with a molded nasal/mouth stem which makes the whole process easier.

I'd purchase good quality oils for this purpose, alternatively you might like to use a chest rub product like Vick's Vapourub (is that available in the US?)which has all the necessary ingedients ready to go.

Yes, Vick's Vapourub can be good. I have a similar product you inhale from a little tube that contains menthol, camphor, eucalyptus and pine.

But I feel like I need moisture. I like the products (like Secaris o Rhinaris) that contain glycol

naphazoline works great for me as decongestant, but there is a risk of rebound congestion.

The is a natural product called Olbas. I get a nasal inhaller. IT is a pleasant minty eucalyptus scent, and works better than Vicks inhaler for me.
Don't see why you can't snort tea, who knows, you may start a new fad, or be the inventor of a miracle cure.
