Cataract is a clouding of the lens due chemical changes in the lens material due to aging and UV light exposure. Clearing a cataract would be akin to unboiling a hard boiled egg. Cataract is deep inside the eye, not on the outside, so external drops are very unlikely to help.

Putting organic materials into the eye is most likely to cause an eye infection.
