Bareroot II--Recommended potting medium

OK, the gooseberries and currants arrived with zippo packing--just laid in a box. The nut trees were packed with moist medium. Given our uncertain weather patterns, I'm going to pot these immediately and eventually 9 apple/pears I grafted yesterday. I can mix up some custom combo in the wheelbarrow and get the former into containers asap and then get them into the yard as soon as weather permits (APril). The grafts, I'd like to keep in the pots and grow out at least a year.

Could someone suggest the ideal % mix for the above orchard fruits?

Off the top of my head I was thinking a mix of 1/3 sharp sand, 1/3 bark fines,1/3 leafgro (MD leaf compost) and some bit of perlite or vermiculite.

Better suggestions, especially for the grafts to grow out in pots?

Thanks!
