So, my dad just picked up a Black Tartarian cherry tree last weekend and he doesn't have a compatible pollinator. However, I have a Bing cherry tree and we were contemplating trying to graft a couple branches from my Bing onto his tree. Neither of us have ever done anything like this before. What are our odds of success? Are cherries pretty easy to graft? Where would I find a decent howto? Thanks!
