Hypertufa strong enough for pavers?

Just a quick question.. as i love the rustic look of Hypertufa I would like to make a number of stepping stones/pavers for my yard.

I have found recipes for "stronger" hypertufa.. just not sure if anyone has any suggestions as to what works best. There will be moderate traffic in this area.. mostly a walkway and thinking of creating a 10x10 area for a bench and seating..

here's the site i was looking at:

http://www.the-artistic-garden.com/hypertufa-recipes.html

or should i just use standard concrete and add an aggregate for texture?

thanks in advance for the advice..
