Thanks Becky! yes it was great event!! and too met some-one from the GW forums really topped it off! Becky thanks for the nice coments above; I must add this was a 1st. as far as being a vendor and I had a great sale! and 'moved' a lots of items. But now for the bad news, I'm still here in Blackhawk county on account of the flooding..the good news is I have two daughters here in Cedar Falls(high & dry) I'm able to stay with. I did plan to return home Monday am. but so much flood water on any the roads on any route I could take and plus travelling 110 miles alone that far under those conditions quite scary! So here I am yet still unable to return home, as need to start getting things organized at home for DH as will be going overseas on the 21st. to see my sick sis in the UK for 11 days. My flight is out of Cedar Rapids so hope their flooding problems there will be over-with also there.
My 2 daughters here have been helping with sandbagging here in CF and my one daughter in Palo their home is now sandbagged and are waiting for the out-come; have another DD she also live high and dry on hill in flooded Decorah, neither her or my son-law was able to get to their jobs downtown. Flood water pretty much surounds both towns at this point here but the Cedar river has now crested and going down, so possible I'll be able to return home soon- BUT another piece of bad news more rain storms on the way!!yet today. To all who reads this-I'm very well of the fact that there are many people in worst situations here-this is just my issue I'm dealing with here at this time. Wendy

Oh my goodness! I am worry to hear of all these troubles. i will keep your family in my prayers. This flooding is something else. I certainly hope it doesn't happen for another 500 years! But I am happy you are safe & sound.
