How can I copy/mold this cement frog?

I have this large 12inch cement Frog which I would like to make copies of. Can anyone advise on what would be the best way to do this and with what casting material to use. I have been unable to find another like this and would love to have more in the garden.

This is a company in the US that I've dealt with and there are tutorials on their web for making molds for various items including concrete. You can probably find the same or similar material in Australia.
