fake wood technic

A creation I'm planing is a waterfall for the above ground pool.

builded in 3 phases, The cascade, the fake rock on ground to hide filter and pump and all around the pool top.

I was planing using a mold (evergreen). and then I saw the great work of tango with his fake wood style. I must say.. impressed I was.

Now that I understand tango mold technic, I might use that. How does he make the wood design on the outside?

It would be awesome to incorporate fake trees to hold plants full of green leafs to create shade area over the pool.

I made a plan if someone is interested to see it.
Project reasons
- Isolate pump noise
- Centralize maintenance equipment
- Create more esthetic look
- Create shade in pool
- increase sitting area on deck
- Avoid equipment removal at winter time
- Hide pool cover from deterioration
- Increase intimacy in pool :o)yeahhhh
- Get nice creek noise
- Be artistic ;o)
on the plan explanations:
-All the doors on hinge should have a hidden wheel barrel
wheel to support weight while opening

what the number means on the plan
1.Waterfall & tree shade area
2.On ground rock
3.Pool edge covering
4.Cleaning and sitting area
The project is splited in 4 sub project.

Sounds like a great project to do for you pool area. These type of things add a great deal to your pool enjoyment too. It looks like you've got it well planned also.

As a pool service technician I'd just like to put in something about making it service friendly. Many times more than I care to count, people have built things around the equipment without any thought to servicing it. They build right up to things and it looks good but is a nightmare to work on. It can add literally hours to what should be a simple job. I dont know if you do your own servicing or winterizing, but if you do, dont make it hard on yourself or any service person. Give ample room to be able to get at things.

Again, you've got this well thought out and I hope I wasnt out of line with making this observation. Good luck.

I do maintain totally the pool and installation. I hate having something done in half. but nothing I can do about my english tho hehehe.

I wish to organize and enjoy more at same time. this project will fix all my problems.

I just spoke to a friend and she is willing to help me out in exchange of few BBQ dinner. I am happy and excited to start the project.

guys I need to finance that monster project lol anyone wish to buy a pool table hahaha (just kidding)
