“We hired Sills Landscape Design to come up with a new design for our front and back yards. Andrea was Very Profession and she is Very Knowledgeable with plants. She was very detailed in her Q&A to make sure she was meeting our needs and in sharing her expert opinions. Andrea then provided us with a detailed design with a ledger on the suggested plants. “Honestly can't say enough good things about this company as we are SO THRILLED with the finished product. We hired them to demo and install all new pavers, grass turf and put in new drainage and the difference to our home's entrance way and side yard is truly night and day! I never thought I would be so excited about turf and cement until I saw what they could do. We received estimates from four different companies and felt Modern Yardz had the best solution and the most reasonable price point to fit our needs. Their communication before, during and after the job was top notch (huge shout out goes to our project manager, Russel, who answered all of our questions within minutes and kept us updated through the entire project). The owner of the company, Thomas, also checked-in multiple times to ensure the project was going as planned. The crew's workmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal. Overall just a really refreshing customer experience! We've worked with several other contractors throughout the past year after moving into our home and Modern Yardz has by far been our favorite company that we've worked with.
