That about 50/50 on where cut are not so leave it in your zone things are going to be popping soon let wait see out come. Some berries may come from old growth branches enuff for test taste this year. That make waiting until next year harder lol.

As Gator said you just might get lucky and get a sneak preview of things to come; although perhaps not the full robustness of the flavor you would get next year when your plants fruit. I would just let them be this year to do there thing and prune next year after fruit set. JMT. Just my thoughts.
