I have a project and must recreate the bones of an elephant for outside display use. It just oocured to me I could do it out of hyertufa. What I have to figure out is how to make the molds for mutiple size rib bones, vertibrae and tusks.

Does anyone have any creative ideas for replicating such bones and/or making molds? They may be to heavy with hypertufa but weatherproof. I need ideas.
