I think it's a Sansevieria... mother-in-law's tongue, or snake plant.

Tisha is right on the name. Yours looks like the dwarf type, Sanseveria Hahnii. Since they don't have roots you want them in the smallest pots they can fit in and try not to over-water. Good draining soil is must.
Bright indirect light and only water when dry since they are semi succulents.
If they are watered carefully, they will grow roots.

Yep. Sansevieria trifasciata. Hard to tell on the varieties -- the shorter ones are probably 'Hahnii,' but I can't tell if the taller ones are really big 'Hahnii' or kinda stunted 'Robusta.'

Hey thanks guys the info really helped, I am extreamly new to plants, I repotted the 2 smaller ones and one of them just fell apart in my hands I hope I can save the other one, I am going to just leave the 2 larger ones in the pots they are in they seem to be doing fine so why mess with a good thing right? I'm gonna try my hand at a garden this year too, any tips would be awesome

If the one plant fell apart in your hands, it was most likely over-watered and rotted.
