Hi, All of my blueberry bushes are nicely blooming as they should, but some branches have yet to have any leaves or flowers. Some are deep red and have what seem to be very tiny buds on them, but again no flowers or leaves. Other branches are woody. If I cut them they look slightly green. I cannot tell if they are just slow in blooming or should be pruned? What do I do?
